Waitlist Information

All new clients must contact us to book their first appointment.  New clients must be manually added to our books. New clients who do not speak with us but book their first appointment online will have their appointment cancelled by us. Just send us a text! The waitlist is currently only  for Jo's hair clients. If you're looking to get lashes, brows, or skin care services, Billie is currently able to take new clients.

Current clients might have a baby, move states, or have another change of personal circumstances that means they can‘t come in again for a really long time. We'll contact the first person in queue on the waitlist, then the next, until someone wants to take the opportunity. It is likely the first person will take the available spot, so we will let people on the list know when their position in queue shifts up. If you would like to be removed from the waitlist, for any reason, please let us know!

Sadly, this is nearly impossible to predict, as everyone is a whole human with complex lives! Our clients are in it for the long haul, many have been with us for three years now! We love them, but this does mean new clients (especially for hair) might not be able to join us very often.

The waitlist is 100% private, and can only be accessed by us. Your information is never shown to other people on the list or shared with anyone.
